Cherry Cola Salad
Cherry Cola Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, 1/2 c. water, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 (10 oz.) bottle cola and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix pie filling and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add cola, pecans and pineapple.
Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Chill until firm.
Beat whipped topping and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Spread over gelatin.
