Cherry Cola Mold
Cherry Cola Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/4 c. mayo, 1 pkg. each jell-o (cherry and strawberry), 1 c. boiling water and 1 can pitted dark cherries (sweet), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
Dissolve gelatins in boiling water.
Stir into cheese mixture.
Drain cherries and pineapple measuring 1 1/2 cups syrup, then add syrup and cola to gelatin.
Chill until very thick.
Fold in cherries, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
