Cherry Coconut Bars
Cherry Coconut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. soft butter, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. chopped cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix together 1 cup flour, confectioners sugar and butter. This mixture will be very coarse.
Press into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Combine eggs, cherries, coconut and nuts; mix well.
Mix in flour, baking powder and sugar.
Spread onto baked crust.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
