Cherry Chocolate Cake

Stir together cake mix, pie filling, extract and eggs.
Bake at 350Β° in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes. While baking, mix sugar, margarine and milk over low heat; bring to boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth and pour over warm cake.
Can also be baked in a greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes.
