Cherry Cheesecake
Cherry Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin pan cups.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy.
Spoon filling into each cup, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Open door slightly.
Let cool in oven.
Cool completely.
Top with pie filling.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
