Cherry Cheese Cake
Cherry Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. supermoist yellow cake mix, 1/3 c. margarine, softened, 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla plus 1 tbsp., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat dry cake mix, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl at low speed until crumbly.
Press lightly in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat 2 eggs with 3/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Spread over crumb mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Spread over cheese; cool.
Spread cherry filling over sour cream mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serves 16 to 18.
