Cherry Berry Mold
Cherry Berry Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, c. ice cubes, c. sour cream, c. boiling water and whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin thickens.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Break up cranberry sauce with a fork.
Stir into gelatin.
Fold in sour cream until it is marbled into gelatin mixture.
Pour into a 6-cup oiled mold.
(I use Pam spray.)
Chill for at least 4 hours. Unmold on bed of endive and serve.
