Cherry Angel Food Cake
Cherry Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cake flour, 1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 c. egg whites, 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Stir flour and 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar together.
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy; add remaining sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until stiff peaks form; fold in flavorings.
Sprinkle flour mixture and cherries over top.
Fold in gently just until flour mixture disappears.
Push batter into ungreased tube pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
