Saute onion in oil.
Brown meat in sauteed onion.
Add spices, soup, tomatoes and rice.
Cook 3 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.

Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts and bubbles, about 30 to 40 minutes.
