Chemical Garden
Chemical Garden is an easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. each: liquid bluing, water and salt, 1 tbsp. ammonia and 3 or 4 small rocks, clinkers or coal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix bluing, water and salt.
Add ammonia.
Mix well and pour slowly over 3 or 4 small rocks, clinkers or coal in an old pie pan.
Crystals start to grow very soon and will continue as long as the liquid stays.
If you want a little color, add a few drops of food coloring to the rocks.
Set the pan where you can watch it daily.
