Chelsea's Potato Candy
Chelsea'S Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small potato, 1 jar peanut butter, 1 or 2 boxes powdered sugar and wax paper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil one small potato.
Peel and mash in mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar until able to be rolled flat.
After rolled flat, spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like jelly roll.
Wrap wax paper around roll and put in refrigerator to let chill.
Slice and serve.
