Cheezy Potatoes
Cheezy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 potatoes, peeled, sliced, boiled and drained, 2 lb. block velveeta cheese, 1/2 c. milk, 1 onion, diced and 1 lb. ground sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare a 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 350Β°. Prepare potatoes and set aside.
Melt cheese with milk and set aside.
Fry bacon, then sausage; drain meat and with 2 tablespoons of drippings, fry onions and mix bacon, sausage and onion in the skillet.
In prepared pan, layer half of potatoes, then 1/3 of cheese, last half of potatoes and rest of cheese.
Sprinkle meat and onion mixture over the top and bake until meat starts to look crusty.
