Cheesy Vegetable Casserole
Cheesy Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions.
Drain well.
Combine cooked vegetables, celery, onion, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
