Cheesy Spinach Dip
Cheesy Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round sourdough bread, 2/3 c. chopped red or green peppers, 1/3 c. celery, 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed and 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut slice from top of bread, remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.
Cut removed bread into bite size pieces; reserve.
Brush inside of shell and pieces with melted margarine.
Place on cookie sheet with reserved bread and brown in oven.
