Cheesy Sausage Quiche
Cheesy Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. pork sausage links (lil sizzlers), 1/2 c. onion, diced, 1/3 c. green pepper, diced, 1 1/2 c. shredded grated cheddar and 1 deep dish frozen pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In medium skillet, fry sausage until done.
Drain on paper towel.
Save 2 tablespoons fat.
Saute onion and green pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
Slice/chop sausage. Combine cheese and flour.
Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onion.
Spread in pie crust.
Mix remaining ingredients and put in pie shell.
Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes until browned and filling is set.
Serve with cheese grits, blueberry muffins and Orange Julius!
