Cheesy Rotini
Cheesy Rotini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) ronco rotini, uncooked, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small green bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 medium onion, chopped and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.
In a large skillet, cook beef, pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until browned.
Drain fat.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake, covered, in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
