Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. potatoes, salt to taste, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 c. oleo, melted and 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Peel potatoes and slice in 1/4-inch slices.
Boil potatoes 10 minutes in water with salt to taste.
While potatoes cook, saute onion in oleo until tender.
Mix Cheez Whiz and sour cream and add to onion.
Drain potatoes and place in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish and pour the cheese mixture over them.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
