Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 buttered bread slices, 3 c. raw grated potatoes, 2 eggs and 3 c. shredded sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Line casserole with 4 or 5 buttered slices of bread, crusts trimmed.
Mix in bowl the potatoes, coarsely grated.
Add eggs, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Wet 2 slices of bread with water.
Squeeze dry.
Put all in casserole.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350Β°.
