Cheesy Potatoes
Cheesy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 10 medium potatoes, 1 medium onion, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 stick butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line metal cake pan with aluminum foil.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Put 1/2 stick (more or less) butter on bottom of pan.
Peel and slice potatoes in pan; slice onion on top of potatoes.
Put the rest of the butter on top and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil; place in oven for 1 hour.
Put sliced cheese on top.
Add more butter, if needed.
Place in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
