Cheesy Potato Puff is an easy dinner. Made with 4 cups hot mashed potatoes, 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp process cheese spread, 2 eggs separated, 1 tbsp. pimento, chopped and 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together potatoes, cheese spread, egg yolks, pimento and parsley.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 1
1/2 quart casserole dish.
