Cheesy Mushroom Puffs
Cheesy Mushroom Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained and chopped, 2 tbsp. chopped pimento, 1 tbsp. chopped onion and 2 drops hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 375°.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, mushrooms, pimiento, onion and hot pepper sauce.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each to a 4-inch circle.
Spread each with a heaping teaspoon mushroom mixture; roll up and seal edges.
Cut into 6 pieces.
Roll in croutons.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 13 to 18 minutes until brown. Serve warm.
