Cheesy Mexican Chicken
Cheesy Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. milk and 1 pkg. taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut chicken into bite size and cook in Microsteamer (6 to 8 minutes).
Mix soup, milk, seasoning mix and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
Place 1/3 bag of corn chips in the bottom of the large deep microwave-safe dish.
Place chicken on top of chips.
Spoon soup mixture over the chicken.
Top with corn chips and remainder of cheese.
Microwave on High 5 minutes.
