Cheesy Hashburgers
Cheesy Hashburgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can corned beef hash, 1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt, 1 tbsp. pickle relish, 1 tsp. horseradish (i add lots more; it gets lost) and 4 hamburger buns, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

About 20 minutes before serving, preheat broiler.
Blend hash, sour cream or yogurt, relish and horseradish. Set aside.
Place halved buns, cut side up, on cookie sheet.
Spread each half with some mustard.
Spread one side of each bun with hash mixture.
On the other side, lay a tomato slice, topped with a slice of cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, then serve at once.
Serve with French green beans, salad, pears and cookies.
