Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen southern style hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 bag shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°. Microwave potatoes for about 5 minutes or until partially thawed.
Mix 3/4 bag of cheese, soups, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add potatoes; mix and pour into a Pam-sprayed 13 x 9 Pyrex dish.
Cover with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour.
Uncover and add remaining shredded cheese.
Continue baking until golden brown.
