Cheesy Football
Cheesy Football is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese and 1/4 c. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat cheeses and mayonnaise with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add onions and pepper; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Form into football shape. Cover with bacon bits. Add pimento strips to form "lacing" for "football."
Serve with Ritz crackers. Makes 2 cups.
