Cheesy-Corn Casserole
Cheesy-Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, chopped, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk and 2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Saute onion and butter.
Mix eggs and milk.
Add corn and muffin mix; mix well.
Spread cornbread batter into dish.
Spoon onion over top, then spread sour cream over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes.
