Cheesy Chili
Cheesy Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat with onion in a 4-quart Dutch oven or saucepot on medium-high.
Drain.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated.
Stir in process cheese until melted. Spoon over cooked macaroni.
Top with sour cream.
Makes 12 servings.
