Cheesy Chicken And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can condensed chicken broth, 2 c. fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets, 2 c. white rice (uncooked; not instant) and 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
Add chicken; cook until browned.
Remove chicken.
Add broth, 1/2 cup water and broccoli. Stir.
