Cheesy Chicken
Cheesy Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 1 (16 oz.) box cheez-its or cheese nips, crushed, garlic salt, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Pound boned and skinned chicken breasts with mallet until flattened.
Slather the pounded breasts with sour cream on both sides, then sprinkle on side with garlic salt.
Coat them with crushed Cheez-Its.
Roll up in jelly roll fashion and place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
