Cheesy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 lb. margarine, 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put margarine in a large casserole dish and melt in oven.
Dip chicken in flour and place skin side down in dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 425°.
Then turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer at 425°.
In bowl, mix cheese, milk, soup and salt.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
