Cheesy Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 2 large eggs, lightly beaten and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine broccoli with eggs, cream of mushroom soup, cheese and mayonnaise.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
