In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in broccoli, ham and rice.
Mix well. In a cup, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve.
