Mix cornflakes and melted butter thoroughly in a 9-inch pie pan.
Press evenly over bottom and side to form crust.
Chill.
In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and light.
Gradually add condensed milk.
Blend well until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Turn into crust.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Top with pie filling before serving.
