Cheesy Biscuit Pizzas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 2/3 c. pizza sauce, 5 oz. (1 1/4 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 1/2 oz. (1/3 c.) thinly sliced pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 400°.
Place biscuits on 2 greased cookie sheets.
Press each biscuit into a 5-inch round.
Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each round.
