Cheesy Beef Casserole
Cheesy Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with to 2 lb. ground beef, chopped onion to taste, chopped green pepper to taste, (16 oz.) green beans and (8 oz.) tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper.
Drain and discard fat.
Add green beans and tomato sauce; cook until warm.
In a greased 10-inch glass pie plate, pat enough biscuits together to form a bottom crust.
Bake in 350° oven until slightly brown.
Remove from oven and spoon ground beef mixture over crust.
Arrange shredded cheese over beef mixture.
Cut remaining biscuits in halves or quarters and roll in small balls. Arrange on top of cheese.
Return to 350° oven and bake until biscuits are golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
