In skillet, brown beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; lower heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Hollow out rolls, leaving 1/2-inch shell. Fill rolls with meat mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350Β° oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
