Cheesie Potatoes
Cheesie Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, 2 c. (1 pt.) half and half and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and skin. Coarsely grate into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with salt.
Melt margarine and add half and half.
Pour over potatoes.
You may need to add a little milk to adjust for the dryness of your potatoes.
Top with grated cheese.
These can be made in advance and refrigerated before baking. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until cheese is bubbly.
