Cheesecake Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 graham cracker pie crust, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat together cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and Cool Whip.
Put into pie crust and top with your favorite pie filling.
Refrigerate until ready to use. You can also use chocolate Cool Whip and a chocolate pie crust.
