In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add Eagle Brand milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Stir in lemon and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Can be topped with cherry, strawberry and/or Cool Whip.
