Cheesecake Brownies
Cheesecake Brownies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 packaged brownie mix, do not use mix that includes syrup pouch, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add sugar, mixing until blended.
Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; cut through with knife several times for marble effect.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
Cool; cut into squares.
