Made with 20 oz. crushed, unsweetened pineapple, drained, 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. hot water, 1 scant tsp. sweet 'n low and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place drained pineapple in blender with half of juice.

Add gelatin and hot water.

Blend 2 minutes.

Add dry milk and remainder of juice, sweetener, vanilla, butter flavoring and lemon juice.

3 minutes.

Pour in 10-inch pan.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and allow to set 1 hour, at least.

Cut into 8 pieces.
