Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. graham crackers, crushed, 12 oz. can pet milk (cold), 1 small box lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil the water. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Add to Jell-O.
Whip the Pet milk until it makes a peak and mix with the other ingredients.
Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Press crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan to make a crust.
Pour other ingredients on top of crust and refrigerate overnight.
