Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with margarine or butter, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with margarine.
Dust with graham cracker crumbs.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft.
Beat in eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Combine sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla.
Spread over top of baked cheesecake and return to oven for 15 minutes.
Cool, then refrigerate to store.
