Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
Brown beef and onion and drain.
Add salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender, on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 more minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
