Cheeseburger Pie
Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat and onions in skillet and drain.
Spread in a 9-inch pie plate.
In a bowl, beat milk, eggs, baking mix and salt and pepper by hand 1 minute.
Pour over meat in pie plate.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with tomato sauce and cheese.
Bake another 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
