Cheeseburger Pie
Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Cook beef and onion until brown.
Add salt and pepper; drain.
Spread beef and onion in bottom of pie pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Thoroughly mix milk, Bisquick and eggs; pour over hamburger mix.
Bake for 30 minutes.
