Cheeseburger Casserole
Cheeseburger Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 boxes macaroni and cheese mix, 3 lb. hamburger, 2 c. pizza sauce or catsup, 2 medium onions, finely chopped and 1 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Macaroni as directed on box.
Brown hamburger with onions. and pepper to taste.
Layer macaroni, hamburger and sauce in casserole dish.
Mix mushrooms in with hamburger after it browned.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° until hot through.
Sometimes I mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
