Combine crumbs, butter and sugar thoroughly and press evenly into 9-inch round pan.
Sift sugar, flour and salt.
Cut cream cheese into sifted ingredients and add 1/2 cup milk, egg yolks and vanilla and mix well.
Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
