Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg yolk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 small onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Wash mushrooms.
Remove stems and mince finely.
Mix egg yolk with cream cheese.
Add onion and minced stems.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10 minutes.
