Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Cheese Stuffed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned, 4 (3 x 1-inch) slices monterey jack cheese, 1 egg, 2 tsp. parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In thickest side of each chicken piece, cut a pocket large enough for cheese.
Place a cheese slice in each pocket.
Beat together egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, bouillon and dash of pepper.
Coat chicken with flour and dip in egg mixture.
Brown in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375Β°.
